A PRWeek Hall of Femme Inductee with close to 30 years of experience, Olga has directed U.S. and global PR and corporate communications campaigns for clients across a variety of industries and healthcare categories. She is adept at developing integrated programs that reach multiple stakeholders to help influence mindsets and change behaviors. She possesses a hybrid-background rooted in corporate communications and scientific research, along with creative brand strategy and storytelling.
Olga has directed campaigns on behalf of several of the world’s leading companies and brands, including Coca Cola, Colgate, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Novartis, Owens Corning and Pfizer. Specifically, Olga’s expertise is in helping companies integrate products and services to maximize value under a business unit or therapeutic franchise.
On the corporate side, Olga has deep experience in financial and investor relations for small to large capitalization companies helping increase awareness and understanding of proprietary technologies by financial stakeholders.
Ivette Sanz So

A business transformation leader at heart, Ivette works across MMC and RXM to help teams deliver an exceptional experience for clients. She’s a passionate change agent focused on delivering value to our clients and our people. Ivette takes a client-centric approach, putting clients’ needs first and innovates proactively on team design and ways of working.
Ivette has deep experience building iconic brands, designing global teams, launching new agency capabilities and cross-agency collaborations, and spearheading business transformations. Prior to rejoining MMC in 2021, Ivette headed up West Hill Creative, LLC, an independent consultancy that addressed business needs and shaped brand reputation for clients. She has helped companies consider their future ambition, partnered with service firms to win new accounts, and has inspired organizations to re-imagine how they do business to unlock growth.
Previously, Ivette served as COO at DeVries Global, an IPG communications agency servicing Fortune 500 clients with offices across the U.S., China, Taiwan, Singapore and the U.K. Prior to DeVries, Ivette ran her own firm, Sanz Marketing Communications, LLC, and was previously at MMC, where she managed P&G accounts and was recognized with multiple client and industry awards. Early in her career, she served in an integrated marketing communications role at Wella USA where she launched a publication for hair stylists across North America.
Ivette is a bi-lingual, first-generation Latina, fluent in Spanish and English. She has a deep passion for coaching and mentoring, having led DE&I and women’s mentoring teams. She holds an MBA in Marketing from Fordham University (Lincoln Center) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Rutgers University.
Managing Director, RXMOSAIC and Healthcare New Business
Courtney is a seasoned business leader with more than 20 years experience in healthcare. Courtney has spearheaded programs for the who’s who of biotech and pharma, including Pfizer, Novartis, Merck and AstraZeneca. Her experience is vast, from managing the U.S. vaccine response for a major pharma company to raising awareness of a branded prescription drug in the fraught obesity space. She also has considerable vaccine experience, from data communications for Prevenar 13 to a personalized immunotherapy in previously untreated follicular B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma patients.
